Anyone else using a Siemens service lately? Had to get a tech out for our trusty machine and the experience was surprisingly smooth. The technician knew his stuff, got it sorted in no time. Saved a headache off my plate. Prices are what they are, but for the expertise, felt worth it. What's the word on their support contracts? Might pull the trigger for less downtime drama.
