Anyone else using a Siemens сервис lately? Had to get a tech out for our old workhorse machine and the experience was way smoother than I expected. The technician was a total pro, fixed it up pretty quick. Saved a headache off my plate. Prices are what they are, but for the expertise, seems fair. Any thoughts on their service plans? Might pull the trigger for less downtime drama.
